What you need

  • A PDF under 5 MiB (25 MiB on Pro), up to 100 pages
  • A desktop browser (upload and download only on a phone)
  • Text you can select — not a scan
  • A free account, with a confirmed email, to download

Steps

  1. Open the PDF on the editor page.
  2. Find the word and select its block to see its grade.
  3. Double-click and retype just the wrong letters or word.
  4. Export PDF and download the corrected file.

Good to know

  • A typo is the easiest edit: Jonhson to Johnson only reuses letters the line has, so it usually keeps the exact font. Why.
  • Keep the correction about the same length; a line has no room to grow.
  • Fixing a name in a signed agreement invalidates its signature.
