What you need

  • A PDF under 5 MiB (25 MiB on Pro), up to 100 pages
  • A desktop browser (upload and download only on a phone)
  • Text you can select — not a scan
  • A free account, with a confirmed email, to download

Get the image ready

  • PNG for a logo or stamp: the area around it stays transparent. A JPEG keeps a solid background.
  • Under 5 MiB and at most 2 million pixels.
  • Cropped close, so there is no empty margin to drag around.

Steps

  1. Open the PDF and scroll to the page the image belongs on.
  2. Choose Image (I) and pick the file.
  3. Drag it into place and size it by a corner.
  4. Export PDF and download the new file.

Good to know

  • It sits on top of the page. Over words it hides them, so leave it a margin or header.
  • To swap a logo, delete the old one with Select (where the file allows;V) and add the new one. The old image data stays in the exported file, so this is not a way to remove anything sensitive. Why.
