What you need

  • A PDF under 5 MiB (25 MiB on Pro), up to 100 pages
  • A desktop browser (upload and download only on a phone)
  • Text you can select — not a scan
  • A free account, with a confirmed email, to download

Steps

  1. Open the PDF on the editor page.
  2. Double-click the date or number and select the part that changes.
  3. Type the new value. In a table only that cell’s text changes.
  4. Export PDF and download it. Your original is kept.

Check afterwards

  • Nothing recalculates. A PDF is a printed page: subtotals, tax and totals do not follow a changed line, and other copies of a date stay as they were.
  • A digit the file never used is drawn in a look-alike of the same width. More.
  • Changing a date in a signed contract invalidates its signature. Change only documents you are entitled to.
